WASHINGTON — Please note that EPA plans to conduct two webinars on their proposed Clean Power Plan, one on September 10, 2014 and the second on September 17, 2014.
EPA has also prepared a video overview of the regulations. It is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDJGspRbIA4<http://www.americancoalcouncil.org/link.asp?e=braney@wvcoal.com&job=1480199&ymlink=2625811&finalurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eyoutube%2Ecom%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DCDJGspRbIA4>.
EPA will be hosting two online question and answer sessions:
September 10, 2014, 1:00 – 2:30 EST: Primary audience is industry stakeholders
September 17, 2014, 1:00 – 2:30 EST: Primary audience is environmental stakeholders
To register, please send an e-mail to Jean Walker at walker.jean@epa.gov<mailto:walker.jean@epa.gov> indicating your name and organization, the session you would like to join, and any questions you’d like answered. Once you’ve registered, you will receive information for how to join the online session.
On the day of the webinar, participants can ask additional questions by typing them into the online conferencing software Adobe Connect.  The EPA noted that these sessions are “designed to respond to clarifying questions about the content of the Clean Power Plan, not to respond to substantive comment on the proposal itself.”
